Registration information for Fall 2009

All new players must provide proof of birth date, e.g. birth certificate, passport, etc.

2009 Region 12 @ the Galaxy Event

The Region 12 @ the Galaxy event will be held this year on Saturday, Sept. 12 @ 7:30 PM PT, and tickets are available for purchase during the on-line registration process. For each paid ticket ($20), a FREE ticket will be provided to a registered player. Everyone with tickets will have a chance to win and participate in additional "special" activities.

FALL 2009 SEASON:

Registration prices (June 22, 2009 or later):

  • $ 155.00 per player – first & second
  • $     0.00 per player – third or more
  • $ 80.00 per player – U5 Division
  • $ 80.00 per player – VIP
  • $ 310.00 – family maximum

Notes:

  • Registration applications received after June 18th maybe subject to a wait list

  • Requests for players to play in a division other than their default division, based on birthdates, must be requested via email to the Regional Commissioner

U-5 August 1, 2004 - September 15, 2005
U-6 August 1, 2003 - July 31, 2004
U-7 August 1, 2002 - July 31, 2003
U-8 August 1, 2001 - July 31, 2002
U-10 August 1, 1999 - July 31, 2001
U-12 August 1, 1997 - July 31, 1999
U-14 August 1, 1995 - July 31, 1997
U-16 August 1, 1993 - July 31, 1995
U-19 August 1, 1990 - July 31, 1993
VIP Sep 15, 2005 or older

Referee and coach training sessions
are available prior to the start of the season.
